Spicy Soba Noodles + Egg



Soba noodles

– excellent source of carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and magnesium

Spicy soba noodles + egg:

1 packet soba noodles

1 boiled egg white

Cucumber slices


Sliced green onion

Pinch of red chili flakes

Liquid Aminos

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Cayenne pepper

1. Boil soba noodles with salt

2. Drain, rinse

3. Spray liquid amino all over noodles

4. Add spices + herbs

5. Mix it all together

6. Add cucumber + egg white

spicy soba
